The lab group set up a project “Cyberpunk at a word: speech learning with electrical reinforcement (studying the speech function in the postmodern era)” at the Winter Psychological School 2020.

The lab’s staff set up a project “Cyberpunk at a word: speech learning with electrical reinforcement (studying the speech function in the postmodern era)” at the Winter Psychological School 2020. During the three-day project attended by around 50 people, our lab group organised a variety of educational and entertaining events:

  • Created a course of lectures on the basics of neuro- and psycholinguistics, planning and conducting psycholinguistic experiments, introduction to the methods of neuroimaging, using the method of transcranial electrical stimulation (TES) in neurolinguistic experiments, working with EEG data.
  • Conducted a small but impressive EEG experiment together with the participants of the Winter School.
  • Organised a workshop on designing stimuli for neurolinguistic experiments.
  • Demonstrated several experiments using TES to show the method in action.

In a word, our lab never runs out of ideas, and if you would like to collaborate – you are always welcome!
