Research Assistant, Laboratory of Behavioural Neurodynamics, student

Fomicheva Darya

Research interests

Darya’s research interests include such disciplines as cognitive research, neurobiology, visual perception, psychophysiology and cultural anthropology. In particular, Daria studies the processes of unconscious perception of visual information. Her research was devoted to identifying the effect of emotional priming on the human brain’s response to the subthreshold presentation of visual stimuli.

In the Lab

Daria participates in recording electrophysiological studies in order to identify patterns of brain activity when the emotional status of the subject changes. She is interested in methods of recording brain activity, methods of data analysis and their interpretation.
