Head of the Laboratory participated in the meeting with the President of the Russian Federation

Head of our Lab prof. Yury Shtyrov participated in the meeting of the lead scientists – Megagrant programme winners – with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, which took place in Sochi on May 17. The meeting that was almost 2 hours long was dedicated to the state support of science and education in Russia, efficiency of research, the new mechanisms of funding in science, and the measures to improve it. A number of decisions were made in terms of sustainable development of fundamental and applied science in Russia.
